I request refund of Battlefield 6

i had accessing issues when i started playing battlefield 6 for several times.

i don't want to play this game anymore. so i tried refund after 10 minutes of play.

BUT, at the last step of refund, it stopped  and got into infinite loading.

i have no idea what to do now. there is nothing i can do anymore. Please permit my refund.

p.s. I bought this game in EA app(PC) by apple pay
