I want to spend money!!!

Please EA can you fix the battlefield pro items that remained locked and unusable.  If you can just let me get the weapon package "the beast" which is the main reason I purchased the BFPRO.....,well and the tier skips. 

I want to buy the "rangers lead the way" bundle but WILL NOT spend another dime  on the game just on principle alone., let alone theres a small chance I might not even get the items.. hell even just a response from a real person letting me know whats up, even if I have to wait a month or 2 for a fix would satisfy me. 

Don't you want are money? People have grown wise to alot of the marketing b.s.. and would rather go without then get screwed over anymore. I know of 3 other people that share the exact same sentiment.. we can't be the only ones. Fix this and Crack down on cheaters would bring you back into the green baby I know it. Im rooting for yall, you got this....please fix
