IFV TOW still bugged?

They claimed to have fixed the TOW Bug from the IFV but I swear its not.
I played a few Maps with Aircraft the last 2 Days and got shot down from an IFV TOW without any warnings of being marked or inc missile, its just frustrating.
Anyone else or am I just imagine things?

    TOW is wire guided not IR/Radar so you get no warning, this has always been the way.
