improving team interaction
I think it is necessary to make it so that the squad can only resurrect at a point or on the squad leader, and the squad leader on any member of the squad. This would improve interaction and teamwork.

The Battlefield 2 system of allowing spawns only on squad leaders was great, but I believe we've passed the point of no return when it comes to ever seeing a feature like that again.
