In-Game Nationality Discrimination Incident — Seeking Official Assistance
Dear Battlefield 6 Support Team,
Hello.
I truly appreciate how the Battlefield series brings together players from many different countries and regions, including China, creating a diverse and international community.
However, during a recent game session I was subjected to discriminatory and hostile remarks directed at me because of my nationality. This has significantly affected my gaming experience and goes against the fair and respectful environment that the community should uphold.
I have already provided the relevant screenshots evidence, and I respectfully request that the official team investigate and take appropriate action against the player involved.
Additionally, I would like to ask:
What is the proper and recommended process for reporting similar incidents in the future?
Is there a more direct or efficient channel for handling such cases?
I truly enjoy the Battlefield series and hope that players from all countries can experience a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Thank you for your attention, and I am willing to provide any further information if needed.
Sincerely,
— A Battlefield player

The game has a in-game feature which allows you to report people for abusive chats. This forum does not deal with such complaints.
This is correct. It's also possible to report directly to EA Help so they can pass the details to the Terms of Service team (N.B. EA Help do not handle reports themselves).
This guide covers the various reporting options:
