In game store purchases dissappearing after store updates.

I dont remember what the pack was called but it was a smaller one. It had a raven skull sticker for the player profile that I was using and a weapon sticker that I also had on every weapon I was using.  Then one day the store updated with new items and packs to buy.  Thats when I noticed my stickers on ever weapon was just gone. Then I saw the one on my player profile was gone aswell. I love the game and I know makeing this stuff run is alot of work but please make this right, and give me the items I got with real money back.

Also has anyone eles notice items just vanishing after store updates.  One of my friends i play with had a whole tank skin just no longer be available to him so I got it lightly.  For him tho hes a tank main so hes kinda pissed.
