Is anyone getting a weird camera snapping bug since the Winter Update?

Since the Winter Update, I have had this bug where my camera is snapping around a short distance when I crouch, prone, slide, switch weapons, switch to an item and sometimes I does it when I'm just looking around.

I have tried verifying my files, I reinstalled my graphics drivers, I don't have any third party software's for my mouse and I tweaked with my settings.

Any ideas what I can do to fix it? Or is it a dev side thing where I'll need to wait? Any help is greatly appreciated!

(I play on PC, Steam. No access to a controller)
