Is bad internet and ping a ban able offense
I was playing conquest and got messaged by a random from the other team saying I was bullet sponging, I tried to explain that my internet and ping isn’t great because I live in the middle of nowhere....

I think your safe. Lots of players have latency/ping issues even with good connection. I can't imagine them banning everyone for that.
