Removing the xp farming - that is good

However removing full xp from AI backfill servers is a shocking decision
I just made a HC conquest server with no bots   108 ping server !!! UK based should be 16 ping.
server won't start with at least 32 players,  we will all fall asleep before the game starts,  **bleep** poor ea.

multi million pound company - 
this game will die very soon if this is not sorted out.
