That's just because of all the cheaters.
Every time you :
- fire at someone's back who turns around and kills you
- pop up your head to have a quick look and you immediately bite the dust from a couple headshots coming from an assault gun 90m away.
- reach the corner of a building and receive a lethal burst as soon as you appear at the intersection
... that was a cheater. And those are only a few of all the BS they can do.
