Just read the patch notes for tomorrow's updates, I'm seriously impressed by how little the devs have managed to fix in this update. The last "update" made the net code worse and broke more than it fixed... and this update has just a few fixes, mostly concerning melee attacks.
Sorry devs, but this is pretty weak.
It's a completely lackluster update. It's amazing they couldn't even work in a buff to 90% of the weapons that are just bad picks. They couldn't even add a little bit of work to stop exploiters, and still haven't added the disable crossplay button for PC.
All in all, I'm curious what they have spent all this time working on. I mean, maybe they've been putting in the grind to make season 2 NOT a dumpster fire like season 1. But then I see the skins in the game that are meant for season 2 and I think... Boy, they don't get it.
Based on how the game launched, the promises made to listen to the community... then the dumpster fire where they are currently at, its been an interesting implosion and probably a future case study in how to over promise and under deliver.
It does raise questions about where the problem lies, and whether the dev team is just not particularly gifted or if management has been pushing bad ideas on them.
And still NO updates for Xbox Series X users - still crashing and unable to play. But hey - as long as EA took their £70 and pocketed it… 🧐
Agreed I’ve seen the community provide and complain about hit reg, lag, rubber banding, etc and they are just nerfing the jets lol.

BTW... to anyone wondering, there is no mention of net code improvements. That's right, the last time they tried to fix it they bumbled badly and made it worse, now instead of at least reverting the changes, they have given up. Pathetic.
