Is the game working for Xbox series X players?

Not sure if some were aware but there was an issue with a large number but not all Xbox series X players where the game would crash all the time and even turn the console off. I have been waiting unt...

As I said elsewhere: some initial XSX console batches had a hardware defect that shutdown the console in a variety of games. This is not exclusive to EA or BF. I had one such—I speak from first-hand experience. 
 
As you stated yourself: "(...) an issue with a large number but not all Xbox series X (...)".
 
There's no point waiting for EA/DICE to fix anything about this: as it has nothing to do with them.

    If that is actually 100% the case then is there anything I can do with it being a hardware defect that’s not my fault?

    This has literally only ever happened with battlefield 6. Every other game I have ever played I’ve had no issues with including battlefield 2042.

    In the beta it wasn't just early edition consoles that were having this issue so this has been proven wrong.
