Some people said the refund process was very quick, and I saw that. I initiated a refund 8:30 hours ago, but they didn't process it. After the issue was resolved, I tried to cancel my refund, but I couldn't. It's not showing up in my game library, and I'm completely stuck. I'm trying to open a ticket to cancel my refund, but it won't even open. Last night, I waited 85 minutes on live support, but they didn't connect. Now live support is closed, and I can't connect. I can't get a refund, I can't cancel my refund, and the game is gone from my library.

I have the same issue. I got an email saying there was an issue processing my refund. Refund says pending in my account, game is gone from my library. No refund and no game. I was just in a chat and they spewed some garbage about it being a technical issue.

ADMINS It is impossible to complete my refund because refund worker guys will try to refund it to the virtual card I used previously, and that is impossible as I no longer have that card. I want my refund canceled and the game returned to me! I can't even open ticket. What is that situation.

Same here. Refund was not complete and the game is not anymore in the library. Very good and quick system for game removing, not so good for refunding...what a surprise!!!.

I was just on with the chat AGAIN. I had to explain my issue THREE TIMES. Once when I filled out the form, then when I connected they asked me what my issue was, I said I just filled out a form before getting connected to you. I had to explain everything a second time in the chat.Fast forward after waiting a few minutes. They sent me a help article on how to request a refund and asked if I went through those steps .. uh .. YEAH .. that is why I am here. So I had to put my refund information in the chat a third time.I was told that a new request can be submitted after 24 hours. So we will see what happens when that time comes later today. This is so frustrating. I just want to get my refund cancelled or processed. I do not care at this point. Been playing EA Games for a long, long time and never have had an experience like this with them.

Sup, I also discussed with an agent and he let me know that there is an ongoing issue with the refunds. I specifically asked if the 24-hour waiting period to submit another refund claim would impact the rule that refunds can only be requested within 24 hours of first launching the game. The agent replied with "I understand you believe you might not be eligible for a refund after 24 hours but that will not impact that order as it is due to an issue with the invoice the refund is failing. The team are working on it and once resolved, you will be able to refund it or you can contact us.". I'm really curious to know if that's true or not.

When I select the subject heading "Refund requests" and try to connect to live support for the issue, I get the message "This issue is not supported by advisors" and cannot connect to live support.

I did a ticket on help.ea.com and it connected me to a chat advisor. They told me once a refund is going it cannot be cancelled. I want to play too but I can't because they have my money and I have no game.

I got my refund after realizing classes are gender locked. Fortunately, I must have been ahead of the curve because my refund came quickly. Sometimes, it helps to cancel your refund request and submit a new one if it is taking too long.

What we are experiencing is truly an incredible fiasco. When I write a ticket and want to connect to live support, it says the estimated wait time is 48 hours and never connects. We'll wait a week for this now haha.
