Is there any way to get your free gifts if you don't check the store right away?

So last week I was launching a match and noticed an email. I was given 100 battlecoins for something I can't even remember now. I clicked on the button to take me there to claim it and it started going but my match launched. After the match I went to the store and my free gift wasn't there and was not in my balance.

Last night I was launching a match and checked my mail again. It said I got some gift to claim for 7 days of logging into the winter campaign and there was a skins set in a different message as a gift for something. I did not press the button to go to claim either. I forgot about it until this morning. The messages from yesterday are gone now and there is nothing free in the store for me. 

Is there a way to get these free things that I never had a chance to claim or is it a you snooze, you lose deal?
