Issue with Claiming Battle Pass Rewards

I'm having trouble claiming my Battle Pass rewards. I decided to purchase the Battle Pass after some time, but I haven't received the previous rewards, even though the progress window shows that they have been claimed. As an example, I’m attaching a screenshot showing that I received the MBT-LAV through Battle Pass progression, but in the skin selection window, it’s marked as locked.
This applies to all rewards earned before purchasing the Battle Pass; new rewards are being issued without any issues.
