Issue with EXP boosters and season pass compensation regarding EA APP struggle
Good day and hello fellow battfield vets!
As per every battlefield launch for the past years we got used to that the premier is rough. So it happened this time without any suprises, but it doesn't really matter because we love this franchise. As you are able to see my issue is with regards to the compenstation that we were supposed to recieve as per the bug in the EA app that didn't allow most of the players to play the game at lauch and infamous error appeared saying that we don't own a game. Due to this bug I have bought myself a EA Play PRO which didn't fix the issue instantly. Only when I returned the game itself and deleted it from my account and reinstalled it (via ea play pro) I was able to play it.
Next day (11.10.2025) when the issue was fixed by devs I have bought the game once again and canceled my subscription. I have contacted the tech support via your chat. They were very helpful and managed to fix most of the issues I faced during the launch. I asked about the compensatiton and recieved information that all players affected by this issue have recieved the bonuses already and if I didn't get one unfortunatly they can't do anything from their side to fix it and I have to go to the EA Forums and post the thread here.
So here I am, once again :D As I said previously all the issues have been fixed and I'm only looking forward to the compensation you have promised to all the players affected for this issue.
