Bf6 only playable after a restart

This game if fun and all that. But I canr get it to work for me unless I restart my entire pc. For example. I restart my pc, battlefield has to be the first game I play, if not it stutters, the audio is crackling and choppy and the lag is atrocious. Like I'll be running in slow motion. Fps is at 60+ but its choppy.

If i restart my pc it runs buttery smooth. No issues no lag. If I close the game and then re open it. Its running horribly. What could the problem be? Im not over heating. My pc is freshly cleaned. My driver's are updated. What am I missing
