The game just isn't hitting any discernable targets.
Adding server browsers, big maps and reworking old ones isn't content, it's basic design that should've been implemented.
On top of those types of core gameplay issues, there's still problems with matchmaking, lobbies, game modes being denied because of the day of the week, temporary modes being lacklustre then vanishing forever wasting development time, Netcode, TTK issues, team balancing, and the list goes on.
It's become a very mediocre and stale product, and it feels like the main focus is making skins to sell for people at high prices.
Not a single member of EA or Dice has been listening to player feedback, as the title is in an absolutely mediocre and/or buggy state of affairs. The dead space collaboration amplifies this level of disconnect with core issues.
Personally I'll be uninstalling after I've done the season 4 battlepass, as promised by the development team keep getting broken.
Hi there,
I’m sorry to hear that the current state of the game has left you feeling this way.
While we may not be able to respond to every piece of feedback, the team continues to address the bigger topics raised by the community through short comms, Community Updates, and Developer Comments in Patch Notes. We’ve also held two Discord Live Q&As to give players another opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from the developers. For example, areas you mentioned, such as netcode, TTK, and matchmaking, have all been replied to by the team here: Community Update - New Maps, Features, and More.
As for the limited-time experiences you mentioned, modes such as Operation and Carrier Strike have received strong community engagement, and we’ve confirmed they will return.
The team will continue refining Battlefield 6 and listening to community feedback. I hope the improvements made over time can help win you back.
