Javelin Missile dont work

 

The Javelin Missile is not working currently bc after the firing the missile plunges into the ground.

Also the amount of launchers u start with should be raised to somewhat between 4-5 otherwise the engineer is kinda usless against amrored targets

(javelin does 350 mgd average) i was able to spike 413 dmg but 2 rockets are simply not enough !!!!

Also most of the Support players are not wiling to give ammo nor will they ress players (even after spamminng the common rose and writing in chat, also it seems the supply bag is not working 100% of the time which leads to a new deploy.

(currently LvL. 75)

 

 

-Engineer: The Amount of Rockets u start with should be raised to 5 or 6 bc u cant even kill a tank with the amount u Spawn.

for example the M136AT and the Javelin spawn with only two Rockets which deal ~ 350 dmg each, makes 750 dmg out of 1000 dmg.

What about the other 300 dmg thats left to destroy the vehicle, has the APS Sytem been taken into acount what if i miss one rocket .. what if the vehicle gets repaired ......

There is not allways a friendly Support Player which gives me Ammo ( most of them have no intention of dropping ammo even after i spawm the common rose or write in the chat).

Has the amount of rockets being tested Proberly .... ever played "Escalation" with the brutal amount of Vehicles...... I gues, No

I would rather trade in my second Gadget for a so called "Enhanced Backpack" which gives me more Rockets or Mines based what my Primary is.

Somewhat of about 5-6 Rockets (mostlikley 6 just like BF4)

The MBT LAW should be able to Lock on laser marked targets, maybe the M136AT4 too ??

New Stuff like the SMAW from BF3/BF4 with clear Iron sights, the Air Mine from BF4,

the SRAWfrom BF4

(1.Option M136AT stays how it is "no laser marked lock on´s) but we get the SRAW)

(2.Option no SRAW but the M136 gets to lock on laser marked targets)

Signature Weapon need to be changed, in almost every game the Engineer had Carbines as default weapons and not SMG´s.

also bring back the Fortivication sytem from Bf5 !!

let us engineers build some sandbags, healing/ammo stations

  • You're not using any of them correctly. For one, the javelin needs to be kept on target until the missile impacts(this is how Ive seen it work for myself) for second, the rpg and m136 need to be fired at the sides or rear of the tank, preferably the rear since the rockets will do twice as much damage that way. I've killed an abrams in 2 shots to the rear with an rpg. Your complaints sound more like skill issue and lack of knowledge about the games mechanics.

  • My main issue with the Javelin is that it doesn't lock onto aircraft without someone else painting the target. Unless I'm trying to use it wrong this should be in the description of the weapon and not learning about this lack of a feature by getting gunned down by an attack helicopter.

    Yeah its not meant for aircraft unless they are painted by a recon. Even its real life counterpart cant target aircraft unless they are on the ground and stationary.
