2025 all the issues were still new, as of 2026 those issues still haven't been addressed & so all complaints ect are the same, no need for Dice to keep responding to same posts & giving same answers as 5 months ago.

We are indeed talking to ourselves :: e.g. -- the 'recon drone key bindings' thread never had a response from EA/Dice.
Often, people will start a thread having been told by Customer Services 'start a thread on the forum' --
they cannot sort out their customers problem, but they expect forums members to do it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would hope that they still are reading feedback from players. They really should... I see how it can be challenging. Looking through complaints on here and reddit over the last few days I have seen so many garbage/idiotic, complaints about things that either don't exist or things that can't be changed. I've seen even more complaints where the person complaining doesnt even understand what they are complaining about. Personally it has made me lose quite a bit of faith in the opinions of other people, and my faith in those opinions was already pretty low to begin with.
That said, they are literally being paid to try and improve the game and handle customer support. Sifting through garbage isnt so bad when youre being paid to do it. I mean, that is literally a profession that a lot of people have, and it is figuratively a profession that most people have... Ive worked a CS role in both retail and insurance, and there is absoultely no way it can be worse than that.

They stopped replying on the forum because what can they say?
That they deliberately misled everyone by showcasing a product that ultimately turned out to be such a massive technical disaster on launch day that the beta version worked better in every single respect—and to this day, there are still significant issues with it.
Or perhaps that the four studios working on Battlefield 6 are incapable of creating a good game? Back in the day, a single studio could produce masterpieces like Battlefield 2, 3, 4, and Bad Company 2, yet now they can't even match the level of their predecessors?
They sold 10 million copies of Battlefield 6, made a ton of money, and shut down the whole operation—just like always with EA games, putting an end to its further support. Instead, players are getting worthless content, something akin to the end times of Battlefield 2042.
Latest update: As reported by IGN, layoffs have hit all the teams that worked on the game—Criterion Games, DICE, Ripple Effect, and EA Motive—framed as a "reorganization" of Battlefield Studios.

I don't recall seeing a Dev on these forums since BFV. You have more chance on X!

Id say we're close to having the forums shut down. Due to EA being sold off, it's wealth from random investors buying it, and it's lack of care for the game or player feedback, it's very clear we aren't getting any form of better product down the line. It'll remain a small, glitchy mess.

It is said that multiple Battlefield studios are having layoffs today.I haven't seen any replies to my posts or comments from the Battlefield studio either.

Admittedly, it's disappointing. I've even spent money on the game, hopefully it can show improvement in the future in the hands of capable people.
