locking the new skins (rooster or bob) to a specific class is absolutely robbery

We can buy other skins and packs and are usable across all 4 classes.  But this time around, buy Rooster or Bob, we are locked to the assault and engineer respectively.  If i spend $19.99 to buy skins, i better be **bleep** well able to use them across all 4 classes.  Please fix this issue, absolutely disgusting.
