Long-Time Battlefield Player Requesting a Manual Review of My Battlefield 6 Ban

Hello everyone,

I am posting here because my issue still has not been resolved, and I sincerely hope that someone from EA or the Battlefield community team can take a closer look at my case.

I am a player from China, and my English is not very good, so I used AI to help translate this post. Thank you for your understanding.

My Battlefield 6 account received a permanent ban for alleged cheating or gameplay enhancement. However, I believe this decision may be incorrect, and I would like to explain my situation as clearly as possible.

I created my EA account in 2015. Over the past nearly ten years, I have been a long-time Battlefield player. While I was still a student, I purchased Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, and Battlefield V. After I started working, I also preordered Battlefield 2042 and Battlefield 6. I believe this shows that I am a loyal fan of the Battlefield franchise.

More importantly, I have always been a fair and rule-abiding player. I have never used cheats, hacks, third-party tools, or any prohibited software in Battlefield. A player who has used the same EA account for so many years, and who has supported this series for such a long time, would have no reason to risk everything by cheating on that account.

After the Winter Offensive period in Season 1, after December 10, 2025, I basically stopped playing Battlefield 6. I only logged into the game once on February 8, 2026, after hearing that Season 2 was coming, and at that time I only tested some weapon changes in the firing range.

I did not realize anything was wrong at that time. I only became aware that my account had been banned when I logged into the game again on March 18, 2026. According to my penalty history, the penalty had already taken effect on February 8, 2026.

This situation has been very painful for me. It is not only because an account with around 250 hours of playtime was permanently banned, but also because I feel deeply hurt by being labeled as a cheater when I have always considered myself a normal player who follows the rules. The friends I play Battlefield with are people I know in real life, and they also believe I was treated unfairly.

Since discovering the ban on March 18, 2026, I have submitted more than five appeals, and every one of them has been rejected for essentially the same reason. Because the responses have been so similar each time, I am genuinely concerned that my case may not have received a meaningful manual review, and that the decision may have been upheld through a largely automated process rather than a full investigation of my account history, login records, and match data.

I sincerely hope EA can conduct a more thorough review of my case, including my login history, my play history, my match records, any unusual device or IP access, and whether this may have been a false detection or activity not performed by me.

When I play, I often keep recording software running to capture my gameplay moments. I have already created a YouTube channel and uploaded my Battlefield 6 Season 1 gameplay videos there as supporting evidence:https://www.youtube.com/@ligh7aka

I can also provide my Battlefield 6 Tracker profile as additional evidence. My in-game stats are within the normal range for a regular player:https://tracker.gg/bf6/profile/1002035048937/overview

I am only asking for a fair and careful manual review of my account. If anyone from EA or the Battlefield community team can help escalate this case or point me toward the correct channel for a deeper investigation, I would truly appreciate it.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
