Make SL9 better

Sorry, but the SL9 can't Kill everyone in Close Combat or generally by Body Shot.

Even then I Shoot First and 3 Bullets hit the others Body, he need Just react with 1 Bullet and I loose the fight.

This is only with the SL9.

Damage are 25 but I need 5 Bullets or more? Why other guns with Damage 20 can kill easier?

The SL9 hast High enough Fire rate and Damage.

I have Mastery 43 and it is useless.

This sucks a lot. So much time invested for nothing.
