To the developers of Battlefield 6 i honestly think we need larger maps like from battlefield 3 or 4 or even 2042 every map feels clustered and no breathing space i’m loving the game but it feels too claustrophobic, beginner players could spawn in and almost instantly get overwhelmed when they get eliminated quickly, bigger maps would definitely bring back the sandbox classic battlefield experience.
Well, thousands of people (I would even say the majority of players) are asking about it since the release, and, thank god, they're slowly moving in that direction. The next map will be huge, and my only complaint about it is that it's an old map. Not of a fan of recycling the same stuff again and again.
Hello. Ideally, a map that combines both outdoor and indoor combat, with plenty of cover, would be interesting.
I agree with you 100%. The more people that speak up about it, the better chance the devs see how important it is to the community. Bigger maps add so much more to the Battlefield feeling — more freedom, less chaos every second, and more room for different playstyles instead of everything feeling cramped.
And honestly, I’m not really a fan of constantly bringing back old maps either. Nostalgia is cool sometimes, but I’d rather see completely new maps built for larger-scale warfare instead of recycling the same locations over and over.
Cairo and Iberia are too cramped for Escalation, but they're just right for Conquest.
