If you search for and join an experience using the server browser (you act like doesn't exist), you won't have matchmaking problems, you won't play defender 20 times in a row, and the teams won't be split up at the end of each round. Just sayin...
People love to complain, but they hate to give Portal a chance. It's your choice.
Right now there are exactly 0 breakthrough "experience" servers online with more than 2 players connected. And the only servers with any players on are promoted as AFK XP Farms. Portal and regular match making is completely separated.
Why would I not complain? It is over 25 years after Counter Strike 1.6, 15 years after Battlefield 3 and it just worked in these old games. I just have no idea why they decided to change that.
