MEGATHREAD: EA COMMUNITY MANAGERS FOR BF6 PLEASE READ!!!!!!!

BIG UPDATE (As of 12/16/2025). EA and DICE finally fixed the Battlefield 6 launch event's rewards. I successfully received them today in the in-game mail messages. To anyone who were experiencing this same issue, did you receive your rewards too? Remember, in order to receive these rewards, you had to play and have the Battlefield 6 game opened every single day at the time of the event (From October 10 all the way to October 17). So a huge thank you to EA and DICE for fixing this issue with the Battlefield 6 launch event's rewards. The only current ongoing issue right now is the Battlefield 6 Loyalty Rewards. To get these rewards, players must own and play previous Battlefield titles before the launch of Battlefield 6 game. If you own and played any previous Battlefield titles from Battlefield 3 to Battlefield 2042, you will get those rewards mailed to your in-game mail in the Battlefield 6 game. Some players including myself are experiencing this issue of not receiving the Battlefield Loyalty Rewards. I contacted EA support about this and their advisor had informed me that this is an ongoing issue for many players and it is currently being looked into. Hopefully they will fix the Battlefield Loyalty Rewards too.

UPDATE: This is still an ongoing issue and has NOT been fixed yet to this day (12/13/2025). I contacted EA support about this issue and also the new ongoing Loyalty Rewards issue with playing previous Battlefield titles to get the Timberbolt Fighter Jet Skin, 2x 60 Min XP Tokens, and Jump In Soldier Skin and they said they will investigate and look into them. The in-game mail reward system is really buggy and inconsistent for many players. Hopefully we have things fixed by Season 2's launch.

I can concur. I played almost every day since launch and unable to view any of the reward skins. Please can this be investigated EA.

There are many people with this problem, myself included. Support offers no solution, and posts with thousands of comments go unanswered.

This is severely impacting EA's reputation. Their Steam reputation is already "mixed," and their Metacritic score is negative and falling.

Clearly, a solution to this problem is needed, including the pre-launch drops. In my case, I'm missing two skins.

I am having the same issue as well. I only received the October 10: “Tankful” Dog Tag and October 11: Fifteen-Minute Career XP Booster. After that, I never received any of the daily login rewards even though I did log into the game on October 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16. I don't care about the XP booster rewards. I just want my “Steady Aim” Player Card Background and the “Deerstalker” Vehicle Skin. I even made multiple support tickets regarding this issue and the recent one, they replied back saying "We want to let you know that this was a known issue, and the studio has confirmed that all affected players have now been compensated. If you were impacted, the compensation should already be available in your account." I already checked my in-game box and the only bugged rewards that finally showed up in my game was the Deployment Pack by being an EA Play subscription member. So my main question now is that why is it so hard for EA and DICE to check the player logs during the period of October 10 to October 16 for them to verify either if they have logged in around those days or not? I mean like come on now. Activision has a feature where it checks the players' logs to the matches they've played, to what they type in-game, etc. Why can't EA and Battlefield do the same and verify the players who had logged in by playing Battlefield 6 during the time of this event?

Sent a ticket in, support said they cant do much for me and that its a dev issue, which may be true and they instructed me to post on the forums so they can potentially see it.  Logged in every day, i was level 75 after the first week!  missing day 7 reward.

Same issue. I didnt even get my rewards for the day 1 outage. They said they wont talk to me anymore via email and I have to start an online chat but there is no online chat where they said it would be. tried the forums. other people told me how to get there. But there is no button for online chat on the webpage. Its like they have blocked my account. Worst support ever

I never received the daily login message in my inbox on the last day, so I missed the Deerstalker skin.
