Missing content from BF 2042 and BF Beta

Hello,
During the BF Trial (on steam), I received a message in the game saying that my rewards were ready to be collected. I collected the rewards, but I didn't receive them. Today, I bought the game on Steam, and the reward messages are no longer in my inbox, and I still don't have the rewards. 

I tried to contact EA, I submitted a ticket, but it ended up as "waiting for player." I just got an automated email with things I had already tried. And to contact Game Advisor, I have to reply to their email. So I did, and EA replied that email couldn't deliver because WE NO LONGER MONITOR THIS EMAIL! How am I supposed to talk to support when the only way to contact them doesn't work???
The only screenshots I have are from when I received the message (about rewards) and that my skins are locked. I'm not sure what I've unlocked in the Beta, but I completed the entire Battle Pass in BF 2042.

Does anyone have any advice on how to get it?
