A rent computer? It raises all red flags mate!!
It is not your computer, hence you dont know what programs are installed in it.
You were correctly banned because that machine had cheat software installed and you didnt know.
Not your fault, or maybe it is....moral: get a computer thats yours only

And again: its almost impossible to download something bad at computer here cuz first you can not unpack anything, second when you close your session everything erasing, and third we checked computers via cameras and did not see any cheaters.
I wrote this because I see this as the only POSSIBLE reason for the ban. But perhaps there was nothing wrong with the computer. After all, EA support didn't provide any evidence or descriptions to clarify the matter. I can't even conduct an investigation myself due to the lack of detailed information.

yes, i understand that. but most to be some loyalty to costumers. espesially to those who have clean history for 14 years. And in the end, no cheats were used during the game. I think with deep investigation this can be understood.
