To put it bluntly, A lot of the game modes on BF6 suck, Strikepoint? Horrible game mode, Gauntlet? Absolute balls, Battle royale? No thanks, Why are the challenges not doable through any game mode? Why make these specific "win 10 games of strikepoint" or "qualify through 10 rounds of gauntlet" That makes no sense.
I didn't buy Battlefield 6 to play Call of Duty game modes.
what makes me mad is last week and this week bonus was a game mode i will never play again (gauntlet). i hate it so much will never play BR or strike point. i wonder if i uninstalled those modes they will no longer force me to play.
I doubt it would make a difference, It would likely just force you to download those modes to do the challenges.
Seriously, my last challenge reroll scores me the "win 10 games of strike point" and when I finished my first game after like 15 minutes I figured "cool I got like 5 points done that game" NOPE its 10 WINS, not counting if you lose, thats not even mentioning BR challenges. Blatant playtime farm at the cost of average player enjoyment.

I didn't download Redsec, have zero interest in it, ever.
I still get all the Redsec weeklies. I used my rerolls to get rid of the ones I could, but the bonus challenge is Gauntlet, so last week and this week I haven't had access to the bonus challenge for the Battlefield battle pass. I play Battlefield, not that Redsec free-to-play game.
How did EA not think this would be a problem!
What's worse is that the heavy focus encouraging players to play Redsec means everyone is gonna be playing that. Everywhere else has bot servers right now, even conquest. I can't even finish a rush challenge right now because NO ONE is playing rush. 10 million copies sold and no one is playing rush.
I think they knew there would be backlash but this is their game, we don't have a say in what we want to play. They made that clear with the bait and switch with Portal.
My only problem is I bought battlefield because I want to play Battlefield not Call of Duty. If this is the direction they are aiming to go then I'll just go back to playing something else.
There should not be one single challenge/assignment/daily/weekly that is game-mode specific. They should ALL be able to be completed in ANY game mode.
Like the OP, I think 90% or more of the game modes are garbage. I basically want to play conquest and battle royale. Nothing else.
