My account was banned on June 7th, which was really terrible for me because that day was actually my birthday. I had been happily looking forward to playing games with my friends. When I opened the game, a message popped up saying my account had been banned — I was absolutely shocked. I have never used any cheats or hacks. I've played for over 1,000 hours. Although I bought the base game and the battle pass, most of my playtime has been in battle royale mode. So why was my account banned? I've put so much time and effort into this game, and it makes me really upset. Please, EA Support, could you help lift the ban on my account? Thank you very much.
