My friend got banned for saying one word
He was playing redsec and some guy was screaming "allahu akbar" all the time and one thing he did was saying back to him "stop screaming muslim" and after that he got 7 day ban, kinda crazy

Saying "muslim" is racist how? Is saying "christian" also racist? Show me the study that says that "muslim" is a race.

First of all, it would be discrimination, not racism. Someone screaming allah akbar must be a muslim. The word muslim is not a swear word but a title. Muslims are a cult of submission. Islam means submission. Its a fascist concept. But I rekon your tiny leftist brain cant handle that.
