Need help

I need help I lost my ea account long time ago and I can’t unlink my old ea account to replace it by new one I need anyone from the ea support to unlike my old account so I can link my new account

Ok, I understand now.

You won't be able to unlink while outside of the EA account, but even if you could I don't recommend it. Unlinking carries risks (like erasing game progress and purchases), and it sounds like this issue can be solved simply by updating the email on the EA account with one you can access instead. :)

Please get in touch with our support team directly using this link and submit a support request. They'll do their best to help you update the email registered to that EA account and recover access to the EA account.

Yes I'm unable to log into the ea account because I no longer have access to the email on the ea account and I'm trying to replace it by a new one

I'll do my best to offer advice to help you out. Before I do, I just need to make sure I understand things properly. Could you answer these few questions real quick?

Are you trying to unlink from that EA account because right now, if you try to play an EA game from that platform/client, it's asking you to log in to the EA account?

Are you unable to log into the EA account because you no longer have access to the email on the EA account?

What account are you trying to unlink from the EA account? PSN/Xbox/Steam, etc?
