Question

Just give it to me straight – will you ever add server browsing for standard mode? On PS5 Asian servers, if cross-platform is disabled, it’s all bots except during peak evening hours. Why can’t we just choose servers to join manually, like in Battlefield 4, Battlefield 1, and Battlefield 5? That way, players can gather together and fight each other instead of being scattered and fighting bots. Also, it’s really annoying how after every match, players get split up and have to wait forever for the next one. Battlefield isn’t Call of Duty – stop forcing Call of Duty’s matchmaking system onto Battlefield. Give me a straight answer. If you have no plans to add server browsing, I’m quitting the game. I don’t want to waste my time.

Im from Asia I have the same issue despite cross play on I get bot lobbies and disbanding. I can’t play the game at all with bots this needs to be fixed.

I believe something like this will not be coming to Battlefield 6. Maybe in a future game we will see a server browser for "standard mode".

Add a server browser for standard modes and introduce cross-platform play exclusively between PS5 and Xbox. This would help retain console players outside of the Europe and America regions. While the current matchmaking system might save DICE some money, I believe what DICE stands to lose is far greater than the savings.
