Nerf Heli and Jets put time/fuel limit

There are maps where helis or jets are ruining the game because some skilled players abuse these.
put a simple limit (time, fuel etc) which would not only make it more realistic, but also more balanced.

How can you allow a heli to get to a 100 kills ... it's just because of Low IQ developers
