New BR Ranked Matchmaking
So now after an average of 7 minutes I am paired with only those around my same rank
my question is if every team is of the same level or is a team of bronze playing a team of gold or silver

This was a recent change, it’s supposed to match you within 1 rank higher or lower
However it causes very long matchmaking times due to a core issue with the matchmaking lobby system.
