If only it would be 3 days . . . I am banned for 20 days by now, no news, no other way to contact the TOS team (nobody can if you take the moderators for word, great appeal system if you ask me). I've been banned for longer then i played the game! And the best part? I didnt cheat(if i did i wouldnt go to a forum to whine about it, would simply buy another copy of the game and used a VPN), they banned me most likely for some discord overley, rgb software or other game kernel level anticheat running in the pararel.
