NOT GETTING REWARDS

So I'm not getting any of the account related rewards from the game.

I still didn't got the Loyalty Rewards and the EA Play Season 1 rewards.

My BF6 is from Steam, and my BF2042 as well, and my steam account is linked with my EA account that has all BF games except Hard Line, so I should be getting the loyalty reward anyway (from steam or ea app).

As for the EA Play Season 1 rewards, I already cancelled EA Play from Steam last month and bought it again to see if the game send me the rewards but no luck.

So if I want my rewards I'll have now to re-buy the game and EA Play on EA App?

Please fix this
