Not received battlepass
Hi all,
I was one of the unlucky ones that bought the game via the EA app and as such, when Battlefield 6 was released, I was unable to play it, and it took nearly 24 hours before I could play a game that I had pre-loaded.
A few weeks later, I'm expecting to see the battlepass added to my account, along with the promise of the gesture of goodwill from EA, but nothing! Nothing added and it keeps asking me to pay for the battlepass.
EA has promised to redress the issue that happened to start with, and they haven't even bothered to add it. I contacted EA about the fact the game wouldn't work and received no reply.
How does the things EA advised they would provide as apology be added?
