Official Complaint Regarding Rampant Cheating and Ineffective Anti-Cheat System

They never claimed the game had no cheaters, and its certainly not infested with them either. Their data shows infection rate is only around 4% which is pretty solid.

I can honestly only recall two occasions of actual cheating going on in my 500 something hours of playing the game. If you're claiming cheater every other death then the problem is likely that you're just not very good and there's nothing wrong with that. I'm not great at the game either, but I don't accuse every person that kills me is a cheater.

Oddly enough i get 2 emails a day telling me they took action against reported people. The data is also their data , and unless they release names and accounts i call b.s.

be thankful you play on servers that are relatively cheat free.  because i see people cheating quite frequently in the Australian server and it is almost ALWAYS peopple with high ping. 

game in Australia would improve so much by banning laggers from the Australian servers.

When the same players continue appearing in matches after multiple reports, it destroys confidence in the reporting and anti-cheat system. Players start asking themselves a simple question: what is the point of playing legitimately when suspected cheaters appear to face no consequences?

The bigger concern is that this lack of enforcement creates an arms race. Frustrated legitimate players may start looking at hardware such as Cronus Zen, not necessarily because they originally wanted to cheat, but because they feel they need to level the playing field. That is an extremely unhealthy direction for Battlefield.

EA and the Battlefield team need to be far more transparent about report outcomes and visibly demonstrate that action is being taken. If a player I report is investigated and actioned, tell me. If reports are being reviewed, give players confidence that the system actually works.

Ignoring the perception that cheating goes unpunished does not just retain cheaters.

It is actually a good thing the system doesn't ban people based on false mass reports.

It's obvious by the comment all over the place your just a grumpy Troll Ruxem, however in this game cheating is prolific maybe if you took 30 seconds to find out you would know how bad it is. I prefer just casual break through matches but that turns out to be the training ground for at least PC users to get the 30 HOURS needed for there little cheat software to work properly top not get them banned.

There is the growing trend on network glitch cheating where people reduce their network to 150ms sweet spot this is just on PC. The hardware devices I cannot name here due to EA swatting you if you do, these boost the console and PC players by removing recoil, making aiming much better and are fully programmable.

So yeah some player are very good but honestly a level 5 with a 120/3 K/D ration maybe they are having the game of their life but with the state of play highly doubt it.

EA killed themselves in this area, if they allowed moderators etc then we would not have a report first ask questions later and the reason EA is so slow to respond they are likely drowning. I have had a steady flow of Action taken emails along with none taken but it took a few months before I saw anyting.

Go look on you tube you will see how prolific the cheating is so its refreshing when you just had a damned good match win or loose.

I’m so tired of people coming up with large amounts of BS without ever producing a shred of evidence. And websites mentioned but never actually revealed, because it’d get you banned or other people would use it to cheat. Useful ways to feed rumors without ever providing any proof  

People who think they can tell 100% if someone is cheating while being on the receiving end are deluding themselves. And yeah, I’m sure EA is drowning in all the false reporting that those people keep sending.
