Open the helicopter gunner seat for spawning
Seriously just because squad mates can spawn in the helicopter isn't a good enough reason to lock the seat from team spawning. The amount of attack helicopters going out without a gunner in this game...

It is a way to exploit the anti-air missile launcher used by the engineer class. If you lock and shoot, the missile always misses when the pilot switches to the gunner seat.
