Operation Firestorm Tower Fire/purge button needs a cooldown.

Hear me out. Because  I already know, sniper sniper sniper, ***k snipers right? I get it. I play sniper just to snipe snipers, believe me, I understand...

However, there are so many games that the tower just gets spammed by air, tanks, TOW missiles....(omg TOW missiles is an entirely different problem all together). 

Then we have people spamming the tower purge button. What even is the point of having the tower if we can literally negate people using it at all in the first place?

Rant over. time to go complain about TOW missiles or games full of bots!
