Option for a longer que/disable bot lobbies in multiplayer

My suggestion is to be able to wait longer in que for players to join the lobby. Even if that means being on a longer que. The point of this would be to get into matches with no AI bots. 

Just like the crossplay option, you can enable/disable the AI lobbies in the system settings. 

You could add a warning that it could lead to longer and inconsistent que times as well

I really believe this would create a better online experience and give players more freedom.
