Option to use any skin/character with any class please

Hey hey,

This is simple really, the BF6 game of year has the glowing effect character for Lumas or Lucas (whatever his name is) but he’s assault class only. 
The skin looks cool and it’s equip but I do not play assault class at all because I am not a fan of the gadgets/ play style mechanic, so why not giving us the option to use any character/skin across, some you can already mix and match but not all, it’s strange why it’s locked. 

Something I noticed is skins are locked to a certain class/character thus meaning if I like the skin but do not play the class, I’m not going to buy it, if I can use any character I want on any class I want and see a skin I like, I know then I can purchase and use without an issue
