PC players forced into cross-play again

We all know that EA (and so, DICE too) care way more about marketing and money than actually giving customers what they want, but this cross-play stuff is more anti-consumer than even they will usually perpetrate.

So, in case anyone doesn't know by now: -

1) There are no cross-play options for PC players. We are intended as 'filler' for cross-play lobbies. It's clear insulting console bias. EA/DICE have not acknowledged this.

2) Cross-play has been shown to worsen the experience. The 'netcode' is worse with cross-play on. There is de-sync and TTD feels worse. EA/DICE have not acknowledged this.

3) Because of cross-play not only does controller have aim assist, recoil reduction, additional recoil reduction when jumping/sliding, etc. but it has been proved that mouse control is interfered with to make recoil control fake difficult. It exaggerates movements that counter recoil making the mouse experience worse.
However you feel about mouse-to-controller 'balance' making mouse control feel worse to try and 'even up' with controller users is a horrible idea.

4) There is a way to turn off cross-play on PC, but people explaining how have been banned from some forums even though it is in no way a cheat or exploit.

5) When PC players turn off cross-play they end up in bot-filled lobbies. The match-making system is clearly heavily biased to filling cross-play lobbies instead of single-platform lobbies.
There can be hundreds of thousands of PC players online and you still end up with bots because they fill cross-play lobbies as a priority and don't use PC players with cross-play on (which is forced on, remember) to match with other PC players.

So what has changed: -

In the last update this turning off of cross-play on PC doesn't work.

It still says cross-play is off in the UI tile, but you are put into cross-play lobbies.

EA/DICE are utterly silent on all the related issues, but clearly want to keep using PC players as cross-play lobby filler despite the problems and despite PC players making special effort to be able to choose.

To be clear I have no idea if cross-play is also a bad thing for console players, but it could well be.

The difference is they get a choice and PC players have none.

you do know the EA is in the process of getting acquired by the Saudi government investment firm and they will not care about any fair play they are in it to data mining the players to extract any info they can get and recruit people to be terrorist for their cause .

well the saudi's are actually anti terrorist. The problem is really the leftist woke ideology of its immoral to ban players who are too good from your servers. Which is what the community use to do themselves 20 years ago when millions played cs in NA alone. not a mere 100,000 that people are bragging about. That is a dead game by my standards. What happened has ddos attacks got too strong for the good people to host fair servers. Because when you banned a guy, who would just come back and take your server offline and they got so powerful, that only major corporations could defend against them. So we are no longer alloweds to segregate ourselves, And they literally throw us into these matches like Romans in the Lions den. Literally, like lambs to the wolves. And you aint totally wrong though brother, its now dsestroying civilization as we know it.

100% accurate!!! It is not MnK vs. Gamepad Players. It is about EA, DICE, whoever decides to FORCE players playing together in games they do not want to compete in, actually. Why not giving a fu**ing option to chose whatever we want. MnK vs. MnK, No Aim Assist, PvE, etc. etc.
They build a broken game, calling it the best BF ever but fail so hard to bring us together without having these difficulties.
Just give us the option to chose, full stop!
Very clearly, it will be the last BF for me in case they will not give the option! And yes, here in the forum you may say "I don't give a **bleep**". Yes, please, you don't have to, but I'm not alone with this situation. Why to pay >100 EUR or USD for a game which delivers no enjoyment? As said by the others in this discussion. This game currently gives nothing back. I have to work hard for my money so why to spend and free time for it when it is purely frustrating. <-- Again, for me, yes, and for many others. Maybe not for you because you are one of those not suffering from it because your Gamepad action is enough for you. Spend thousands of dollars for a PC and spend 1h in BF6 and you will be on my side, believe or not. And that is the point... I'm happy for you that you can enjoy your game!!! But I'm not happy right now...

Brother, whether your a pc player, or a console player, who wants m&k or gampad only, you are still going to get utterly destroyed in the game. In fact, you are gonna lose even harder, because let me give you some basic sport knowledge and years of experience gaming online. The more players there are in the game, the more chances you have, period. The easier it is to also skill match people with a bigger playerbase, and a bigger pool of players basically. You don't understand what you are even asking for. Don't attack people? if I ask you are you against an american company and simply trying to destroy it? I ask this with sincerity, because I never thought I would see the day when PC players are complaining about controller players, in an FPS game. It sounds like troll nonsense to me. I could care less if EA gave them some crutches, it doesn't seem to make a difference for them. Do you really even play this game and look at the scoreboard while you are playing? I want more console players playing. I want more then 100k. I want a million in the pool.
