Perfect sens value on PS5

Hello guys..I need your help so I hope you will answer me because i’m struggling..I play on a PS5, 65 gaming OLED TV..on controller. I know it's very subjective, but I'd like to know which of these sens is best for learning to play and training muscle memory. simply the best spot and stay with it. 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, and 90. I like faster sens, but I've tried them all and can't decide. I want to know which of these sens is best to play with and learn.

And because of that, I would like to know what the best Zoom sensitivity would be for 1:1 ADS hipfire... How much to set it to, or what would be the best value for the main aim sensitivity.

Otherwise via.photo is my settings except aim infarty sens and zoom sens where I didn’t decide yet..
