Permabanned after 13 Hours of playtime

My BF6 access has been revoked on the 29th of October, after playing a total of 13 hours (besides the playtest earlier in the year). I was not even actively playing the game, I haven't touched my pc for 2 days before I received the ban mail. I have appealed my case 3 times, and got a final reply saying "Do not expect any further response on this matter".

I was not even given the reason for this ban, the first response I received just ended mid sentence? and the following responses were just basically "we are investigating" and then denied without reason.

I have never once cheated on any game and I 100% agree with banning actual cheaters because it makes the game unpleasant for everyone and I don't find that fun.

I have had this account since 2019 and have played numerous games from EA (BF2042, Apex, Star Wars, FC25, etc.) without any issues.

I am happy to share whatever information is required (screenshots, logs, case number, etc.) to support my case in any way.

This is one of the few games I have out right purchased and this experience has honestly put me off playing games completely.

Is there an EA Support representative that could assist me with resolving this issue?
