WAY back in the day intentionally lagging your connection to gain an advantage was considered cheating, and it's also widely considered that a player with high ping has advantage.
Yet in BF6 you can watch people bounce to 1000+ ping every 10 seconds and they never get kicked and you can watch someone at 199 ping just run rampant.
It's like all the lessons of the past got thrown in a ditch somewhere and we're suffering because of it.
