Player mark system

I want to be able to mark players, not friend them, but mark them and be able to join them in a game but on the opposing team. Yh it's like creating a vendetta. Whenever someone takes a tag or does the dumb disgusting teabag act, I want the privilege of hunting them down across games.

  • Hi DATMANwill,

I'm not sure how likely it'd be that Dice would add a specific system like this, just as it'd potentially leave people open to harassment.

However, if memory serves there is technically already a way of doing this yourself, but it might depend on platform.

Ps5 and I don't see how it would be harassment if it's all gameplay based. However do you share how you see it possible to do this...

To add, I see more that teabagging act to be harassment if we should be objective about it as we know where that act is stemming from (I had to research it and instantly became repulsed by it)

If someone was constantly following me from match to match with the sole intention of targeting me for some perceived slight, then I would not like that at all, and would definitely consider it harassment.

In fact, someone has actually done this to me in the past with another game and it was incredibly unpleasant. There have also been examples in past Battlefield games where there was coordinated targeting of certain players, such as tracking people for bounty hunting dog tags.

Yep, and isn't that part of why there is streamer mode? To avoid from being tracked/followed as your name is randomized?

  • Anyone crying about "that teabagging act" has no business playing Battlefield.   Lighten up, Francis.

So what you're saying is that I should be ok with other people (primarily men at that) impersonating a sexual act towards me and without my consent because it's Battlefield? What if we flip the script on Dice and do a Class Act for allowing what could be perceived as harassment(sexual), despite it being virtual, as I'm not the only one speaking on it or find it repulsive?
