Playing On Xbox and PC

I play on Xbox and PC, I purchased BF6 Phantom edition on Xbox, do I have to purchase the same version on PC or can I just buy the base game for PC??

    You can buy just the base game on xbox but you will not get the phantom stuff without buying that Edition of the game. Thanks.
