Question

please consider adding request an order feature in battlefield 6 because there are no way that know off to ask the squad leader to give an order.&nbsp; Players sometime end up going everywhere because no orders were given either because the squad leader is a new player, or isn't paying attention to orders. We then have to go into another squad or make a new one to give or receive orders I love every aspecte of the game, but this is making hard to play battlefield like it should otherwise why have squads if the squad leader won't give orders half of the games I play.&nbsp;

This is what I been saying, I'm a squad leader and a player that constantly aware of objectives. I been getting folks that doesn't even know they are leaders and don't follow the leader job. I use to Request Order to take the role to myself and do a fantastic job. As right now I play with a party and my teams promote me to squad leader but once someone leave, that spot get filled by a random and that random always but always get the squad leader, now we are 3 player with a random that is the squad leader. The Request Order is one of the best functions the game has in all previous battlefield titles. I hope they bring this back because there is 2 empty spot in the menu for it and is really useful for us.&nbsp;

The way it worked in previous Battlefield titles is fine. I just hope they don't add the annoying ticking noise when you're about to lose squad leader like they did in Battlefield 2042.&nbsp;

exactly! I don't blame the new players or those who don't remember to do it everyone should play their way and not be forced into a role. It's just that these people are stuck being leaders without knowing it most of the time and never gives orders even if we leave the squad others might join and that squad will likely be going all over the map instead of focusing on a single objective. I also agree the bf 2042 way shouldn't be the way to go.

Yes! I've been saying this since release! I either have to live with it or create a new squad if squad leader doesn't set orders! I've noticed a significant difference in match outcomes and objective organization when squad orders are used or not used.&nbsp;

Also part of the equation maybe make it more obvious if you are the party leader. I've sometimes found myself or friends just not knowing they were.
